GENERATOR SALES, RETURNS, REFUNDS, SERVICES & PRICING TERMS

These Generator Sales, Returns, Refunds, Services, and Pricing Terms (“Policy”) govern all purchases, transactions, services, and interactions between Deploy Power (“Company,” “Deploy Power,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

By placing an order, accepting delivery, or engaging any services from Deploy Power, Customer expressly acknowledges, agrees to, and is legally bound by this Policy in its entirety.


I. ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED

Except as expressly stated herein, all generator sales are final. Any return, refund, cancellation, or adjustment is strictly subject to the terms, conditions, approvals, and limitations set forth in this Policy.

Deploy Power retains sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any return or refund request.


II. GENERATOR RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1. Return Authorization Requirement

1.1. No generator may be returned without prior written Return Authorization (“RA”) issued by Deploy Power.

1.2. Return requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period are automatically denied.

1.3. Issuance of an RA does not guarantee approval of a refund.


2. Condition of Returned Equipment

2.1. Generators must be returned in new, unused, undamaged, and fully resalable condition, as determined solely by Deploy Power upon inspection.

2.2. Any generator that has been:

  • Fueled

  • Oiled

  • Started

  • Operated

  • Connected to electrical systems

  • Subjected to load

  • Installed or commissioned

shall be presumed used and may be deemed non-returnable at Deploy Power’s sole discretion.

2.3. Any cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, or structural damage beyond reasonable inspection handling shall render the generator non-returnable or subject to refund reduction.


III. RESTOCKING FEES

3. Mandatory Restocking Fee

3.1. All approved generator returns are subject to a mandatory, non-waivable twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

3.2. The restocking fee compensates Deploy Power for, without limitation:

  • Technical inspection and diagnostics

  • Testing and verification

  • Repackaging and materials

  • Inventory handling

  • Administrative processing

3.3. Restocking fees shall be deducted from any refund and shall not be disputed.


IV. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE – NON-REFUNDABLE

4. Service Finality

4.1. All White Glove Service fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to return, cancellation, dissatisfaction, or non-use of the generator.

4.2. White Glove Service includes, without limitation:

  • Delivery coordination

  • Physical placement

  • Setup and preparation

  • Addition of oil and fuel

  • Initial startup, testing, and commissioning

4.3. Once fuel or oil is introduced, or the generator is started or tested, the service is deemed fully rendered, completed, and irreversible.

4.4. No portion of White Glove Service fees shall be refunded, credited, reversed, or offset.


V. RETURN SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

5. Customer Responsibility

5.1. For generators shipped outside Deploy Power’s standard local delivery area, Customer is solely responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Freight coordination

  • Insurance

  • Proper crating and packaging

5.2. Risk of loss transfers to Customer immediately upon shipment of the return.

5.3. Any damage occurring during return transit, including concealed freight damage, shall be borne entirely by Customer and may result in partial or complete denial of refund.


6. Local Delivery Area Returns

6.1. For deliveries within Deploy Power’s local delivery area, return logistics may be coordinated solely at Deploy Power’s discretion.

6.2. Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Pickup

  • Labor

  • Transportation

  • Equipment handling

6.3. Coordination of local returns does not waive restocking fees or non-refundable services.


VI. REFUND PROCESSING

7. Inspection & Approval

7.1. Refunds are issued only after:

  • Physical receipt of the generator

  • Full inspection and evaluation

  • Written approval by Deploy Power

7.2. Refunds shall be reduced by:

  • The 20% restocking fee

  • All non-refundable services

  • Any shipping, handling, repair, or damage costs

7.3. Refunds shall be issued to the original payment method only.

7.4. Processing times are subject to inspection timelines, banking institutions, and payment processors.


VII. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-ordered or made-to-order generators

  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

  • Generators damaged due to misuse, improper handling, environmental exposure, or inadequate packaging

  • Generators modified, altered, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized parties


VIII. ZERO-DOLLAR ($0.00) & PRICING ERROR POLICY

8. Pricing Errors

8.1. In the event an item is listed, processed, or displayed at $0.00 or an incorrect price due to:

  • Technical malfunction

  • System or integration error

  • Promotional misconfiguration

  • Administrative oversight

Deploy Power reserves the unilateral right to correct, cancel, void, or refuse fulfillment of the order.

8.2. Orders containing pricing errors do not constitute a binding contract or enforceable agreement unless expressly confirmed in writing by Deploy Power.


9. Cancellation & Refunds Related to Errors

9.1. If payment was collected in error, Deploy Power may issue a refund following internal review.

9.2. Determinations are final and based on:

  • Order status

  • Fulfillment stage

  • Nature of the pricing discrepancy

9.3. Deploy Power reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after order submission or confirmation.


IX. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Deploy Power reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny returns in cases involving fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, safety concerns, or violation of this Policy.


X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploy Power shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the sale, delivery, installation, use, misuse, or return of generators or power equipment.


XI. GOVERNING LAW & MODIFICATIONS

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Deploy Power reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.


XII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding returns, refunds, services, and pricing and supersedes all prior representations, written or oral.
