Shipping & Delivery Policy

Deploy Power Energy


1. General Shipping Terms

Deploy Power Energy (“Deploy Power,” “we,” “our,” “us”) ships products throughout the United States and select international destinations in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy as part of our Terms of Service and certify that your purchase and delivery location complies with all governing regulations.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment verification.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, weekends, or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Custom, back-ordered, special-order, or freight-classified items may require extended processing times. Processing time refers to order preparation and verification only and does not include transit time.

Deploy Power reserves the right to delay shipment for address verification, fraud review, regulatory compliance confirmation, or freight coordination.


3. Shipping Carriers and Methods

Deploy Power partners with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and licensed LTL/freight carriers.

Carrier selection is based on product weight, dimensions, hazard classification, regulatory requirements, and delivery destination.

All shipments comply with applicable DOT, IATA, and Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR) where applicable.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, delivery address, and service level.

Certain oversized, palletized, generator, or battery system shipments may require manual freight confirmation prior to fulfillment.

Free or discounted shipping promotions apply only to standard ground delivery within the continental United States and exclude freight, oversized items, and White Glove Service unless explicitly stated.


5. Freight and Heavy Equipment Shipments

Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise stated.

Customer responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate delivery contact information

  • Ensuring truck-accessible delivery location

  • Being present at the time of delivery

Liftgate service, inside delivery, redelivery, appointment scheduling, or special handling may incur additional charges.

Unless White Glove Service is selected, the Customer is responsible for unloading, inspection, placement, installation, and compliance after delivery.

Refused or undeliverable freight shipments may be subject to return freight charges, storage fees, and up to a 20% restocking fee.


6. Order Tracking and Transit Times

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.

Typical transit times:

Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
Freight: 5–12 business days
International: Variable, subject to customs processing

Deploy Power is not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government restrictions, or customs processing delays.


7. Domestic Shipping Coverage

Deploy Power ships to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses (restrictions may apply).

Additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.


8. International Shipping

International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees.

Customers must confirm that ordered products comply with destination country regulations before purchase.

Deploy Power reserves the right to cancel international shipments restricted by export or import laws.


9. Local Delivery and White Glove Service

(Simi Valley Service Area Only)

Deploy Power offers optional White Glove Delivery Service exclusively to customers located within a 15-mile radius of Simi Valley, California 93065.

Eligibility is determined by delivery address at checkout.


9.1 Service Area

White Glove Service is available only within approximately 15 miles of:

440 E Easy St Suite #3
Simi Valley, CA 93065

Service may include Simi Valley, Moorpark, Somis, Camarillo, portions of Thousand Oaks, and portions of West Hills.

Deploy Power reserves the right to decline White Glove Service outside this radius.


9.2 Standard Local Delivery (Curbside)

If White Glove Service is not selected, delivery is curbside only.

Customer is responsible for unloading, placement, and installation.

Local curbside deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days after processing when inventory permits.


9.3 White Glove Service (Optional Add-On)

White Glove Service must be selected at checkout where available.

White Glove Service includes:

  • Scheduled appointment delivery

  • Ground-floor placement in customer-designated location

  • Basic operational overview

  • Removal of standard packaging materials

White Glove Service does not include:

  • Electrical wiring or connection

  • Permitting

  • Code compliance work

  • Structural modifications

  • Fuel connection

  • Solar integration

  • Permanent mounting

  • Custom engineering

Installation services require a separate written agreement.


9.4 Site Requirements

Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the delivery location and ensure adequate space for maneuvering equipment.

Ground-level placement is required unless otherwise approved in writing.

Deploy Power reserves the right to downgrade White Glove Service to curbside delivery if site conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.


9.5 Shipping Method Verification and Order Modification Rights

Deploy Power reserves the right to verify all selected shipping and delivery methods prior to fulfillment.

If a Customer selects a shipping option that:

  • Falls outside the 15-mile White Glove service radius

  • Does not reflect the correct freight classification

  • Understates shipping requirements

  • Is incompatible with carrier requirements

  • Appears intended to improperly reduce shipping costs

Deploy Power may, at its sole discretion:

  • Recalculate the appropriate shipping charges

  • Invoice the Customer for the difference prior to shipment

  • Modify the shipping method to the correct service level

  • Contact the Customer for confirmation

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund if agreement cannot be reached

Orders will not ship until shipping discrepancies are resolved.

Deploy Power reserves the right to cancel orders reflecting fraudulent, misleading, or improper shipping selections without obligation to honor the originally selected rate.


10. Legal Compliance and Restricted Deliveries

Deploy Power complies with applicable EPA, DOT, FTC, CARB, and Hazardous Materials Regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or modify any order if the product cannot legally be shipped, sold, or operated at the Customer’s delivery address due to:

  • CARB or EPA non-compliance

  • Hazardous materials restrictions

  • State or municipal generator bans

  • Local building, fire, or energy code limitations

If cancellation occurs for legal reasons, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful operation of purchased products after delivery.


11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Deploy Power is not responsible for loss or theft.

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Deploy Power will provide supporting documentation upon request.


12. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 72 hours to:

Include your order number, photos of packaging and product, and a description of the issue.

Failure to report within 72 hours may void eligibility for claims.


13. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information

  • Ensure availability for freight deliveries

  • Pay all applicable taxes and duties

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations

  • Cover return shipping costs for voluntary returns or refused deliveries


14. Force Majeure

Deploy Power shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
